Amazon replied, but the next step is still unclear? VRI’s free case-response tool helps Vendor Central and Seller Central operators organize evidence, identify the remaining question and prepare a reply draft. No Amazon login is required; users review and submit their own replies. Start with the free Amazon case-response checklist.

For Vendor Central finance teams
A shortage denial may explain receiving status without reconciling the shipment record. Before replying, name the remaining question and link it to the relevant pickup, receiving and invoice evidence. VRI’s free checklist helps structure that review. Read the checklist.
For Seller Central operators
“Approved” and “paid” are separate checkpoints. Match the reimbursement reference to the financial transaction before closing your case. VRI’s free tool helps organize the next question and draft a reply you review and submit. Try a fictional case.
For bookkeepers and advisers
When an Amazon balance does not reconcile, start with an evidence index: question, record, supported fact, remaining gap and next request. VRI provides a free printable template with separate Vendor and Seller examples.
Accurate description and scope.
VRI is an independent educational and workflow tool. It does not connect to Amazon accounts, inspect uploaded documents, automatically submit cases or guarantee recovery. The self-service tool is free; optional assistance is quoted separately. Current beta inputs should be non-confidential. Saved cases stay in the browser and origin where they were created.
