Terms of Use
Effective October 5, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Vendor Recovery Intelligence (VRI), including the VRI website, free Resolution Tool, requested resolution-plan emails and complimentary recovery-assessment services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Independent educational service
VRI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Amazon. VRI provides educational, analytical and workflow guidance based on information supplied by users and available source material. VRI does not control Amazon systems, decisions, policies, reimbursements, payments or account actions.
No guarantee of recovery
VRI may identify potential issues, evidence gaps, reconciliation questions or recovery opportunities. A VRI analysis, draft response, status label, potential-recovery amount, approval indication or other output is not a guarantee that money is owed, that a claim is eligible, that Amazon will approve a request, or that approved funds will be paid. Users should verify account records, applicable agreements and current Amazon policies before acting.
Your responsibility for submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. Do not submit passwords, Amazon login credentials, payment-card information, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested service. You are responsible for reviewing generated drafts before sending them to Amazon or any third party.
Free Resolution Tool and saved cases
The Resolution Tool may store case information locally in your browser. Local saved cases are not an account or backup service and may be lost if browser storage is cleared, private browsing is used, the browser changes, or the device becomes unavailable. VRI does not promise permanent storage, synchronization or recovery of locally saved cases.
Email reports and marketing choices
If you request a resolution-plan email, VRI may process the email address and report content needed to deliver that requested message. Marketing consent is separate, optional and unchecked by default. A marketing subscription is not active unless the email address is confirmed through VRI's verification process. Marketing preferences can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe process provided by VRI or by contacting vendorrecoveryintelligence@gmail.com. Requested resolution reports do not depend on marketing consent.
Acceptable use
You may not use VRI to submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, abuse email-delivery features, probe for credentials or confidential information, or use automated requests in a manner that disrupts service availability.
Third-party services and links
VRI may reference or interact with third-party services such as Amazon, Cloudflare, Google Apps Script and Gmail. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. VRI is not responsible for third-party availability, account decisions, policy changes, outages or content.
Availability and changes
VRI may change, suspend or discontinue features, guidance or service availability. We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
Disclaimer
VRI is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VRI disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every account, claim or business decision. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or accounting advice.
