Invoice & Remittance Reconciliation

Invoice issues are not resolved until they reconcile through remittance and cash.

VRI reviews Amazon Vendor Central invoices, underpayments, dispute approvals, remittance records and cash application so finance teams can see whether expected funds were actually received.

Why remittance matters

An invoice can appear open, partially paid, offset by a deduction, tied to a dispute, or resolved through a later remittance. VRI reviews the chain from invoice to expected amount, approval, payment advice and cash receipt.

Common questions include whether an invoice was underpaid, whether an approved dispute was included in a remittance, whether a deduction was duplicated or offset, and whether recovered funds were applied correctly by the business.

Verification is part of the method

VRI's process does not stop at identifying possible exposure. The VERIFY step is designed to confirm whether money recovered from Amazon reaches the company through actual remittance and cash evidence.
